The price wasn't terrible and the service was friendly. My biggest complaint was that there was still food in the microwave from the previous guest, which made me wonder what else might have been overlooked during the cleaning process. Also, I didn't care for how a member of the cleaning staff lingered outside of my room about an hour before my checkout time. It made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. Aside from those things, the room was comfortable and quiet. However, I'll probably book with a different hotel before I book with this one again.
Overall, it was a decent place to stay and I felt safe being there by myself as a woman. The hallway and rooms were a bit musty and humid, but I can get over that. The room was relatively clean—shower and shower head could have used a bit more attention, but not gross enough to merit complaint. There are restaurants right next door, and it’s just off the highway, and WELL LIT! On my travel back to Florida, I will be staying there again.
My boyfriend and I visited the hotel for a night in order to visit with family. The room was very clean and the air unit allowed for plenty of heat (it was in the 20's overnight, so we needed it). The desk clerks were very polite and helpful during check in and check out. The breakfast buffet has been changed for a take-out bag, which was very nice and convenient. Also, the rates did not go up even though it is the holiday season (I paid about $90 for two queen beds). Overall, the value, customer service, and overall experience was amazing, and it made our stay fantastic!
Room cleanliness was not up to standard that we are accustomed to from BW.
Clean, comfortable room and a nice welcome by the staff.
