You would think for the price of the lot rent they would at least have trash pick up Berkeley oaks does same people own them that would totally stop people burning trash this is a horrible place to live

This doesn't pertain to everyone who lives in Covington Estates. There are tenants who live in Covington Estates who are loud and disrespectful. They play loud bass music through a car system throughout the day and night that's so loud it makes the dishes in my cabinets rattle. It is bothering multiple people in my neighborhood which is next to Covington Estates. There trash also ends up on my lawn as well as my neighbors. If this does not stop we will have to go to the police, the city, and media.
