Great location. We felt very safe! Beautiful hotel! This hotel in particular offered a variety of breakfast items. The staff was very helpful after my daughter's surgery. Overall extremely pleased with our accommodations.
Beautiful hotel. The decor was absolutely stunning. Very courteous and professional staff. However, on line it advertised that they served breakfast in which they did not. I know since the pandemic a lot of places started doing bag breakfast at least. I told the staff that their info needs to be updated on the website. Besides the not serving breakfast I enjoyed my stay.
Room was a decent size. For the price, you should get two queen beds but instead you get two doubles. It was decently clean but not as clean as you'd expect a hotel to be. They put the rooms with doors facing each other and the doors are not hung properly so if the neighbor is coming in and out at all hours, your door will rattle as if someone is trying to get in. Just imagine how your dog will react to this at 2, 3am. If youre looking for some restful sleep...go elsewhere. On top of everything else...they advertise free breakfast but when you go down it's a completely empty bar with nothing but coffee. Good luck trying to find an employee to ask. When I finally got a chance to talk to someone, she abruptly said no breakfast. When their website clearly states there is breakfast included. I've stayed at many LaQuintas and this one was an exceptionally poor experience.
Very nice place. Some issues with older equipment but they were addressed promptly. I would stay again if in the area. It was impeccably clean!!
We didn't stay because we were given false information at booking... the pool and exercise room were closed (were told they were open) and they didn't do any breakfast anything (were told it was included). But Teri at the front desk was very helpful in getting our reservations canceled, and was gracious and courteous still, even though I had an attitude. Great customer service Teri! And I'm sorry again. ud83dude0a
