During my stay at the extended stay i received some of my best service from the lobby attendant. The housekeeping was nice and its always quiet and peaceful. The receptionist that assisted me the most was Cynthia. She Was an Awesome person to meet when visiting she gets right away to whatever you may need.
I have stayed at over 6 Extended Stays in Cary and Durham over the past 2 years but this one is definitely not one I would suggest ANYONE to stay at. The sink faucets kept moving and leaking, the refrigerator door was beat up and coming apart, the sofa in the room the cushion was so bad it looked like it was shrinking and showed the bottom of the couch and the worst thing was you could not take a shower because the know to pull up was completely gone and you couldn't take a bath because the stopper was missing. DEFINITELY FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE TO STAY!!!!
Great loction but the room. Could of been cleaner. The walls had alot of something spladered on it even the headboards. The floors were sticky and the rug. Had a giant stain. I thought is was something less. But boyfriend says it looked like wine or juice. Have to also fix their water pipes. Because it sounded like loud knockings. Specually at around 120 am in the morning.
Staff at front desk are very nice, Ms. Cynthia is the best she helped me and my son with everything rooms very nice and clean
Great place to stay Cynthia is the best she does an excellent job and she is very friendly and the room was very warm and welcoming
