Checked out on Dec 14th. Stay was fine but checkout was not pleasant. I have stayed here numerous times and the staff has all been great. Found out that this 1 particular unpleasant person, Zaida was her name, is actually the manager. She wasn't nice and was very dismissive towards me for some reason. I am a hilton honors member and will be reporting her to Hilton as it makes no sense that the other staff members are far superior at delivering high quality customer service than she is. What a way to ruin a nice stay on my way out.
