I did not like this property because the beds were not comfortable. They did not have an iron in the room. They had an ironing board but no iron. When I called to the front desk to get an iron the front desk was not very Cooperative in helping me find one. and lastly if you turn off all the lights in the room that turned off the microwave and the refrigerator. And one more thing the luggage cart had flat tires
Unfortunately, we couldn't stay. We made 2 room reservations for a 4 day weekend. We were a late check in as we were coming in from another state. When we got there we were told our PAID rooms were given away. STEVEN at the front desk was extremely rude and basically kicked us out and told us to call the manager in the morning.nHe never even bothered to check if there was rooms he looked as if he had been sleeping and didn't wanna be bothered.nLuckily,The Wingate by wyndham was able to take us and accommodate us even as a late check in.
The room didn’t seem to have been inspected/cleaned beforehand because there was some kind of white liquid/substance on the carpet floor next to the desk and on the mirror outside of the bathroom... disgusting.
Stayed 2 days. Hotel was very clean, room recently updated. Everything in room was nice and they even had my decaf coffee! Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Parking was perfect, with short walk to room. Good location and close to everything you need. I will stay again.
