Very dirty and loud! If you want somewhere peaceful this is not the place you would want to stay. I wouldn’t let my children stay here because of the drug activity going on outside. At night it turns into a party spot so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has a job. They should bring the price down because it isn’t worth your money. Terrible employees who are never in the office. I usually wouldn’t do a review but this one is well deserved.
I once again stayed at Extended Stay American on Hwy55 Durham NC and had a good stay. The staff was very courteous and professional. Thanks for another great stay.
Dirty room! Dirty countertops, with crusty dried up food on it. Bathroom sink dirty, hair in the tub, no trash can. Loud music late at night and early in the morning. You can smell the Marijuana as you're walking to your room. Trash piiled up outside by the stairs. The hallway floors and stairs were disgusting. Very bad experience.
Terrible place, I thought it was against company policy to live were you work smh, dead roaches in my room only one face cloth, broken tub, no remote for the tv and staff are never at the desk when you need somthing, trash all around the building, never will I stay here again Ghetto!
The location is convenient. They accept pets! The staff here is amazing!! I love all the ladies who helped accommodate me during my stay here. They have such welcoming and friendly personalities that I have found we are lacking in such trouble climate.
