The bill was not correct. Amount for safe was included. Never requested the safe. Was told the system automatically added it. This fee should only be inputted by clerk if client requested. That is bad business as we have stayed here before and that did not happen. When I called directly to reserve room, they had problems with system so told me they would input correct amount of room when we arrived. No message left for that to be done. Also the breakfast was not even what I was consider a continental breakfast. It advertises as a full breakfast at one place and a grab and go in another. You couldn’t even sit at a table in the lounge. They could have spaced them out and marked some as do not use. You literally had to take your food back to your room. Not acceptable even in COVID times especially as many restricted were lifted in NC. Have stayed here before and it was excellent but will never stay here again. Too bad to loose a good customer over things they could have avoided.

Best hotel sweetest workers and owners. Cleanest rooms newly renovated updated appliances best service and stay period if you can get reservations get them youwant be disappointed and they accept pet's

I checked into this hotel quality inn around 10:00 p.m. on a very miserable rainy evening. The night clerk ran over and helped open the door and keep it open for me to come in since I am disabled. the room that he gave me the handicap room was very spacious easy for me to move about using my cane. The bathroom had a shower seat which I was able to utilize to take a deserving shower after my 9 and 1/2 hour drive and a refreshing shower in the morning as well. I will definitely stay at that hotel again

Stayed there last weekend, had a fabulous stay! Great location with nice room. The great man at the reception was super nice, he was super polite and even guided us through the breakfast. Even though the breakfast options were less due to covid, it was still very good!

I'm glad I stayed at the Quality Inn (NC258) on Hwy 9 in Black Mountain, NC. The room and bathroom were clean and sanitized, especially important during the Covid era. Plenty of clean towels and wash cloths. Free toiletries and a hair dryer that actually worked. Clean sheets and bedding, with four bed pillows enhanced sleeping. Free wifi and cable TV for entertainment. Working microwave and refrigerator in the room allowed me to enjoy my meals in comfort. Free breakfast items provided for guests allowed me to skip the Denny's restaurant nearby. Reasonable prices. I will definitely stay there again!
