Check-in was fast and efficient. The clerk was kind and friendly. She answered all my questions and very willing to help. The room was clean and fresh. I felt safe about staying there. During our stay the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. They made me and my kids feel welcomed and valued. Checking out was smooth. It was very easy and the staff member was friendly and helpful. We will be coming back to stay here again.
One night get away with the missus. Newer property (2 years old). Great layout. Nice area out back including a gas fire pit. When they say 3:00 check in, they mean it. Sabrina at the front desk was awesome. Tolerated my questions. The only issue the wife and I had was the bed. Not comfortable to us at all. We both have arthritis complications and for some reason, neither of us slept well.nnI noticed after I got home that I left a shirt in the room. I called and they said they would mail it to me the next day. Outstanding service. Will definitely stay here again. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The staff were incredibly nice, Rita checked us in and she was such a joy to talk to. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the gym was surprisingly well equipped and definitely was enough to suffice while I was traveling. I can't say enough about the place. Highly recommended
The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We traveled to the area to hike and because we had an early start the staff went out of their way to provide food for breakfast, the day before, so we could take it with us. They also were so accommodating a day later when a storm was predicted and really helped us despite the need to revise the length of our stay!nTy so much and loved everything about the stay!
Really couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Very clean, hot breakfast options, friendly staff that brought up extra pillows and a sound machine in the room we alway bring our own so that was cool). We will be back
