The room took forever to warm up. It reminded me of a 70s place to take a girl to after a night out at the local disco. Had to walk to the office to get coffee, no creamer. Call ahead after you book, so that they know you are coming. They apparently don't answer E-mails. TV is way too small. It felt like I was watching a puppet show at the state fair. The bed was the only good thing about the room. There should be more smoking rooms available.
Was under construction. But the rooms are newly renovated. A vast improvement from the previous ones. Friendly staff. Great rates. I'd definitely stay again.
Only one issue. Was at one location and they reserved at another but turned out much better view. Black Mountain NC beautiful view. Honored the add price.
I'm pretty much happy about just being here and I am quite comfortable, the cable is lousy but we got wifi and great view of the creek right outside!Looks awesome across the creek to that restaurant all lit up with neon and such,gorgeous!
The hotel was very clean but I did get charged twice for a one night stay. All I will say is be causious if you use a travel sight and pay online. Other than that it was very nice.
