Very helpful and always efficient. No offense to the complainers- we all can have our own opinion- but try to get Out it yourselves for a moment; Understand what our caregivers are going through at this time and how hard they are working to keep everyone safe and healthy; have some self reflection and realize that these problems are most Definitely first world problems; so be grateful you are living in the United States; and do what you need do to keep yourself safe- but this Walgreens is A-ok in my book.

Not sure about the Pharmacy, but the customer service 'photo lady' was absolutely awful. She seems to be deliberately combative with every customer. It's clear that she doesn't like her job very much. Both me and my wife have had awful experiences with her. Take my advice; go elsewhere!

This Walgreens has terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Today I waited in line and I was the only person there while the guy at the register kept working and it took him almost 10minutes to even acknowledge me (acted like I wasn't even standing there). This was very rude and it wasn't the first time he's done this. This place obviously needs more TRAINING. IF it wasn't so close to my home, I would never go there again for anything, not only that, their prices are ridiculously high!

We’ve been using this location for 10 years. It used to be a 5-star pharmacy with flawless, excellent customer service. For the last 5 or 6 months, however, it is a joke. I’ve been given the wrong prescription three times in that span. My wife has been given the wrong script once. I’ve gone to pick up multiple scripts only to get home and find out they neglected to give me a couple (this has happened three times in the last two months alone). Prescriptions are frequently on back order. The lines are out of control (inside and drive thru). They’re always complaining that they’re understaffed (it’s been half a year—HIRE SOME PEOPLE!). Last week I dropped off a script at 7pm and was told it’d be ready by 10pm. I wasn’t hanging around for three hours so I came back the next afternoon at 6pm only to be told it wasn’t filled because nobody ran it through my insurance company. In a profession that requires attention to detail, there’s no attention to detail. I’d understand a brief lapse in customer service due to staffing issues, but this has dragged on for half a year and it’s not getting better. I’m so tired of picking up a script, driving home, and then driving back to the pharmacy to correct an error. Unacceptable and management doesn’t seem to care.
