First time in there and I was very pleased. Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and very professional as well. They sure know their stuff! I walked out of there with a wonderful bike and as a very happy customer.

The trek quality is indisputable and the caring staff easy to work with. I just wish I had more money lol!nI want everything they have!

Calling around right now to find an XL frame is not easy! Brandon (I hope I spelled that right) took the time to ask what I was interested in - and then look at their inventory to figure out when the next shipment would arrive for the bikes I was considering.nnHe then helped me save one of these bikes in my name so I could be assured of receiving the bike. And beyond that, if I find a bike sooner...no problem! The deposit I put down to save the bike is fully refundable.nnThank you for your service, Brandon!nnUpdate: Just called to cancel my layaway. Brandon was busy, so Hunter helped on the phone. Incredibly friendly service yet again from this shop. Hunter asked about the bikes I ended up with, and was thrilled for me and my son. He then made some trail suggestions for the Wenatchee area when I asked. It really is nice to be treated like a valuable customer, even though I ended up buying the bikes at a different shop. We rode into town to check out the store and we were 100% impressed from the first interaction.nnThe moment we walked in, the manager, Brandon, noticed the E mountain bikes we were on and asked if we had the computerized update done on them, which would increase performance. Since we had not, he offered to do the update immediately which would only take a few minutes, so he quickly whisked the bikes off for the update.While that was being done, another staff member showed us new E-MTB’s they have in stock that we we’re interested in, and was very well-versed in the features of the new 2021 bikes. Our next interaction was, again, with the manager, Brandon, who went above and beyond in helping us with other bikes that may be of interest. He set my husband up on a test ride and was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable with the bikes, and explained features and benefits to a couple of them that we were looking at. While the test ride was taking place, Brandon jumped on the computer and showed me some fun mountain bike trails in the area that we had not yet explored.nnThe entire experience was two thumbs up from the moment we arrived to the time we left, and, although we had never been in previously, we were treated like an old friend. We’d highly recommend this store for their knowledgeable, friendly and honest staff, and great products. I’m happy to spend my hard earned money at this type of business.
