This is a unsat location. I've waited for over four hours to determine of a prescription was even entered. No one would answer the phone, when the doctor did get through excuses were made. I finally asked to have the prescription sent to a different location.

The pharmacy at this CVS location is the WORST. I have had some very unpleasant experiences with its staff. I once waited in the drive-thru for over ten minutes, only for the attendant to deny me service, once I drove up, to say that they were now closed. I have also experienced improper billing which caused even more confusion. They tend to not pay proper attention to details which makes a standard pickup turn into a long ordeal of having to prove their mistake. Neither the store management nor Pharmacy management (because they are separate) appear to have a desire to deliver the proper customer service to correct a situation. My recommendation is to avoid the hassle and have your prescriptions sent to another location. Trust me, you will save yourself the stress and time.

Went to the Pharmacy window and found a rude customer service person at the window. Was trying to fill some prescriptions because my husband was just released from the hospital and all she could say was that they were out of stock and her supervisor wasn’t there. She needs to be fired because she is giving CVS on Brown Station Road a bad name. We drove the Crain Highway location and they were MORE than helpful.

I went for Covid-19 testing. The instructions were to follow the instructions of signage or wait for directions from a staff member and to have my cell phone ready. I sat in the signage-free parking lot for 30 minutes, nothing. I called the pharmacy, no answer for over 10 minutes. Then I drive around to the pharmacy window, wait some more and am told that their system is down and that they can't do the Covid-19 test. I had an appointment. I had received a text an hour before reminding me. There was no way for me to know that their system was down and that my session was cancelled. I wasted an hour and a half of my time, and the gas needed to get there and they did not even post a sign for the patients who came for their appointments to know that they were unable to do them today. Not happy.

Probably the worst in PG County. Slow as molasses. They are often way understaffed and when fully staffed, they lack what appears to be common organizational processes. They take so long to address the 'pick up' line people leave... more than 20 minutes waiting in line. This is my third time back and its always the same. CVS NEEDS TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND PAY THEM WHAT THEY DESERVE!!!!
