Horrible! As soon as my family and I walked in the room, a putrid smell hit us right in the face .....Mildew!!! There was mildew on the lamps and the floor was damp. I could tell there had been a leaky roof problem that was not properly fix. The hotel only offered two towels to a family of four. The only reason we did not take off running is because I didn't want to keep lugging my kids around at 1am looking for hotels. If I could give this hotel anything less than 1 star I definitely would. I would recommend to anyone not to go there!
I need my receipt. I've tried to call you guys every singe day for 2 weeks. Call me back today and this review will come down. If not, review stays up and I escalate this situation to your regional director through my corporate account manager with Choice Hotels. Do your jobs.
I wouldn't stay here if it was free. This is the most disgusting run down hotel I have ever seen. Keys didn't work for any room. Maintenance man has to open your door every time you enter your room. Sheetrock was falling off the walls, onto the beds that were bedbug infested. Totally blown away that this ace is legally allowed to be open. Its definetly the nastiest hotel I've ever seen.
Key card does not work. WiFi has no internet connection. Ice only available where you check in. Pool water black. No tissue paper in room.
The people were real nice at the front desk the hotel was a little rough but Louisiana is open carry state
