The location, the people, and price is something that you just can't compare. We had an exceptional stay at Ambassador Inn and loved the hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful. It takes a lot to train someone but you can't teach customer service to everyone and this hotel does an exceptional job at providing the best and going above and beyond.
The pillows were so thin there was no fluff, the hot water for the room did not work, had some toilet issues, the shower curtain barely hanging on the wall. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room there was cigarette burn marks on the blanket of the bed. We also needed a handicap accessible room which we had reserved which didn't happen until I made the complaint to the front desk clerk which spoke very poor english to begin with. Then she realized her mistake about putting us in the wrong room but never apologized for her mistake ud83eudd26ud83cudffb♂ufe0f. For the overall experience of the stay was a very poor rating of this Inn.
Customer service was exceptional. Business establishment & room appeared clean & within health codes/protocol dealing with COVID-19. Establishment wasn't too crowded w/guest. Prices or within acceptable price range of other business establishments offering the same services to the general public. I'd recommend this motel to family, friends, & ppl of the general public.

My ID is not with me it got somehow sent to Florida on another one of our trucks I come here my boss reserve the room with his credit card and she said I needed an ID only thing I've got is all the permits for my company she wouldn't accept any of that I even had my the owner of my company's name which the room is under his name and she still wouldn't take it then she told me you just need to get off of my property I said do what wow please don't stay there by the looks of it out here I found three bags for drugs of some type either cocaine or heroin in the parking lot since I walked inside and back outside please don't stay here
