The room is decent, toilet in the room don't flush, won't come on and light bulb missing called front desk to inquire why bulbs missing, toilet not working, door looked to have been kicked in and she blatently hung up no call back nothing. So with that being said I Will Never, Ever come back here Wyndham ought to be ashamed at this location using it's name.
No tv channels would come in ..not one ..one big towel was in bathroom thats it...stayed there many times before....its getting worser every time I stay...and that's my honest opinion..
Staff is friendly but if you do not want your stuff stolen out of your vehicle do not stat here. Manger was cooperative with trying to find out who stole a generator out of our pilot cars truck. Internet not good. I would not recommend staying here.
If you need a decent place to lay your head, this will do. I was NOT impressed, by far. Great location, but I wont stay again. They have quite a bit of work to do on this location. It does NOT hold up to the Wyndham name, in my opinion. The front desk clerks did NOT have on masks and was pretty unfriendly at check-in and check-out ud83dude33. The best part of the stay was the comfortable bed. The floors throughout the room were NOT CLEAN and need to be replaced as there was damage in a few places. We walked around the room in our socks and they were filthy by bedtime. There was a bucket under the sink to catch the leak!! The bathtub needs to be refinished or replaced, the fridge was rusty, but worked. Seems there was a room rented to teenagers and they were loud n obnoxious. The outside stairwell near our room smelled horrible from urine and it was very dirty. I now see why the rate is much lower than the surrounding competition. Very disappointed.
My stay here was ok. It is decent in regards to cleanliness and upkeeping. The staff are ok. They do their job but I would say their customer service overall would be about a 3. Lacks that WOW factor that I've experienced at other hotels. If you are looking for a mini bar, room service, concierge, a club bar or restaurant this place would not be right for you.
