Extremely pleased with Vermilion Roofing. The best decision you will make for your roofing needs. During a very stressful time like being affected by a hurricane, one of the first things you need to do is put a new roof on to prevent further damage. When you have a staff like Vermilion to support you and ease your mind, it goes a long way in helping with your recovery. Ryan and his crew went above and beyond to communicate with us, be honest and give us the best product at the most reasonable price out there. His crew put their head down and went to work the minute they arrived and they did not leave until the job was done. They left our yard looking better than how they found it. They cleaned everything and hauled it away. They were all very friendly and professional. Our roof is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased!!

I’m not sure how this business is getting all of these 5-star reviews because my experience was much different. I originally called vermillion back in December and scheduled a day for them to come out, I was given a time and day and I stayed home to wait for them. 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time I was still waiting, no call saying they’d be late or anything else. About 3 days later they called asking if we wanted to make an appointment and at the time I said no because I was angry. I didn’t even bother explaining that we already had an appointment and they didn’t show. Since there is a huge lack of siding companies it seems that are able to do the work at the moment, I called them back on January 19th and had Tim come out on the 21st. Tim seemed knowledgeable and said he’d work up the numbers and give us a quote via email. He asked that we send over our insurance adjustment paperwork since he said he had extensive experience working with insurance companies. A week went by and I didn’t hear anything back so I called, he knew who I was and said he hadn’t made it to the office yet but would call once he had a moment to look things over and price them up. He called the next day to say once again he hadn’t gotten to the office but once he did, he’d give us a call and let us know where we’d go from there. I called Tim February 23rd after not hearing from him in nearly a month only to have him tell me once again he hadn’t been to the office yet and that he wasn’t sure when he’d be able to get a quote going for a de-attach/re-attach on our siding and that the insurance may have an issue with it regardless since new siding isn’t being put up. I asked if it’d be better just to try and have it replaced with new siding and he said he wasn’t sure that would be an option the insurance would work with either. He said he’d call me back the next day. It’s been over two weeks and he has still not called me back. I not only think this is completely unprofessional but a really horrible situation to put a home owner in who has damage done to their home that needs to be addressed. I understand companies are overrun with work at the moment, but at least have the courtesy and decency to call me and let me know what’s going on.

We have no regrets at all on our choice of using Vermilion Roofing for our post hurricane roof job. The guys who talked to us were friendly and professional. They answered all of our questions without hesitation. Our shingles order was correct and they kept us informed on the order timeline. Most importantly..., We LOVED our roof when it was finished! They did a great job!
