I’d give a zero if possible. I drove 3 hours here with a confirmation on a reservation and they gave my room away. The lights were off. (No parking lot lights, no exterior lights) I thought the hotel was shut down. 6 cars in the parking lot yet they were “booked”nTerrible experience all around. I absolutely suggest sleeping in your car rather than spending any money here.
Staff was very friendly. Pet friendly.nHowever, this place was absolutely disgusting! We switched 3 different rooms. All rooms smelt like smoke. There were stains on the floor, on the walls and on the bed (looked like someone spilt red soda and never cleaned it up in 2 rooms!). The chair in the rooms looked so dirty I could not even sit on it. We had no toilet paper in the bathroom and in 1 room the smoke detector was completely broken off the wall. There was mold growing on the picture frame and the smell was awful. I had a headache from being in there 20 minutes. We ended up canceling our room and checking out and I am still fighting to get my refund for a room we never stayed in.nDuring a time like this you would think a hotel would try to keep there place a lot cleaner.nNot to mention the guy outside that tried to sell us drugs!!!

No bath towels in bathroom only hand towels. No toilet paper in bathroom. Hallway leading to room very dirty with deep stains in carpet. Chair in my room had deep stain in it. No breakfast due to covid 19. My door to room would not lock from outside so could not secure room if I left room.. Shady and homeless people in and around Hotel and roaming the parking lot of Hotel. This was once a good Hotel. During the past few years I have stayed here with no problems. Seems like there is a lack of cleaning maybe staff is thin due to covid. I would not recommend staying here until problems are fixed with cleanliness and more security in around hotel.
I can’t even give one star for this hotel. Very disappointing. The outside looks nice but the room was disgusting,nStarting from the elevator stains on walls, very dirty carpet in the hallway and room,nthe bathroom also with stains on the walls, the door with black spots.nThe smell was horrible my husband couldn’t sleep and we had to drive ten more hours to get home.nNOT RECOMMEND IT. Don’t stay in this hotelnPs. I had to give one start to continue
