This Mobile Home Park has on-site management. This is a nice, family oriented community. Neighbors are friendly, but not busybodies. The city bus passes in front of the park, there is a bus stop across the street from the park etrance. Handy for getting around the city.
A friend has been renting... It's vile. The trailer should be condemned. It reeks, mold everywhere and the walls are crumbling down. I have no idea if the others are better or worse but to force a veteran to live in such conditions is reprehensible.
Very clean and quiet place
Great place. Clean & well kept.
It is one of the oldest trailer parks in Lafayette. It has old growth forest and landscaped lots, all very beautiful.nThe roads and drainage need repair.
