Very nice, extremely clean. King bed was worn but there was also a brand new queen. TV wouldn't work when we checked in and Josh quickly fixed it. The woman at the counter in the morning was incredibly friendly and made fresh coffee, gave us a bag breakfast and even a box to carry everything in.
Jason was very friendly and the other staff. Rooms were quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lafayette. Perfect location and food places are less that 10 minutes away.
Great stay and great sleep. Grab-n-Go breakfast was provided. The only negative I had is they are not pet friendly. Too bad!
We had a great stay this past weekend. The manager was amazing and provided wonderful customer service to my family and I. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was great and went far and above to accommodate us. The rooms need a little maintenance, but the customer service more than makes up for it.
Terrible place! King bed mattress was broken down and should be in the dump. TV would not connect. We were told there was breakfast from 6-9 but there was not. Spill stains or puke stains in the hallway. The manager was rude and kept interrupting me as I complained about the hotel. They would not refund our money. Traveler
