The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The fact that I got no sleep due to kids running through the hallways made my stay not so pleasant. It went on for hours and hours. I could still hear them at checkout.
I stay here frequently for work and the staff is always amazing and very accommodating! Georgia at the front desk is consistently welcoming and the new general manager is always finding ways to make our stay better. I love coming to Lafayette because the hospitality is always great, even at the airport, LFT.
Outstanding customer service over and above what was expected! We were very pleased with our accommodations and the excellent service while we were there. The night manager Raymond went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
The customer service here was phenomenal. Entered my room to a treat and hand written card. Would definitely go back and reccomend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
Customer service to staff to mangers or management (also the nasty general manger over the phone )nwas trash ! Please go to a motel 6 you get better services. I went Marriott just not Hilton .Told a lot of unprofessional detail on hotel and pricing . Untrained and trashy hotel been to in all my life .
