Everything expected for the price. However, the bed coverings were good. No musty smells. rooms were large. All amenities were in the room, even extra seating. Currently they are housing the homeless for several charities, so if being around the homeless [they tend to walk around] is a bother, then you may reconsider the visit. Personnel were pleasant. I would return. Its privacy is number one for me.
Exceptionally Clean Place , Fast Friendly Professional Front Desk People , Real Reasonable Rates , The Overall Property Is Well Maintained and Rooms Are Clean and Stocked Well Extra Amenities. If You Ste Looking For A Real Comfortable , Peaceful, and , Quiet Nights Rest I Reccommend Staying Here At Discovery Inn and Suites , By All Means .
Outstanding hospitality from the owners, to the front desk, room service and maintenance. They go above and beyond to make guest feel like home.
So it starts when you walk in the door and it smells funny. Not a clean feeling in the room either. The pics show various well maintained pieces. The light in the bathroom flickers and then turns off. Don't get me wrong, staff is very nice, they helped out when the sink was acting up. In short management needs to step up thier game, and i would not recommend staying here,no matter how cheap it is.
Customer Service is excellent. Staff is friendly and courteous. Front office has coffee, lobby and a little store for convenience with things like snacks, drinks, meds, small necessities, etc. Housekeeper is very sweet and always happy to make sure all is ok and you are happy. She is very sweet. Awesome location next to just about anything within walking distance from Whataburger, Taco Bell, Kanes, Sam's, Walmart, Walgreens, Nail Salon, etc. Airport about 5 min away. Grounds are kept up nicely and I must say after many hotel stays past 2 yrs this is 1 of the most safest hotels I feel i have stayed at. This place is special...
