Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were more than firm, for me it was like trying to sleep on a slab of granite. The room seemed clean but there was a strange smell to it. I know this is totally out of the hotels control but all night we heard either sirens or helicopters. I had booked us for a week and checked out after first night.
Dirty. When I first went to my room there was a used mask in the hallway. I had a two night reservation but left the following afternoon. The mask was still there. Also the sheets smelled like maple syrup which was off putting. I don't know of any detergent that smells that way. I do not plan on staying at any of Wood spring or any company related to it again.
Very professional and kind . so glad i came here!! Staff. Is very nice and accommodating
The first room we had received was gross. Hair all over the bed.. not our hair what so ever. The floors weren't swept. The bathroom was in good condition though. So they moved us to another room and we'll it was cleaner but it was hot as hell around 2-3am.
Nice quiet rooms except when the train passes near hotel.
