Very nice comfortable big home rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is prestige every the hallways smell amazing ud83dudc4f keep up the great work i wish all the hotels were as nice as this one. They even offer a complimentary breakfast every morning you bag and take to your room unlike others at this time. I am very happy to be here ud83dude0a
It was so quiet. The walls are not thick, so be prepared for some noise. My room was all the way at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor. The front desk clerk so was nice. I can't remember her name.
Upon entry received a warm welcome from Ms. Dana. Her customer service is impeccable. Ms. Jessica made me feel at home with her nice smile and friendly conversation. The lobby is gorgeous and the carpets feel like you're walking on clouds. The room was exceptional, modern, and pristine. I travel often and I have to say I was SUPER IMPRESSED with this hotel. Kudos to the Management team and staff. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Clean room, huge tub. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because of the huge cockroach (apparently they come inside to die?). Luckily, my husband was there to handle it for us.
Absolutely love the new look. Its top notch!
