We stayed here for over a month and so I feel like we have an accurate view of what it is like to stay here at Staybridge in Lafayette. The rooms are beautiful with top quality furnishings and linens. We felt like we were staying in a classy furnished apartment rather than a hotel room. The staff was phenomenal and we were treated with professionalism and hospitality by all staff we interacted with. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are the friendliest and most helpful we have encountered in a long time. Laundry facilities are clean with plenty of machines. Outdoor courtyard with grills is spacious and a lovely place to relax.
Winter storm & pts lead Us to stay a weekend. Beautiful, warm spacious room that is sanitized for each guest. Will return 4 a quick getaway. Beyond 5 *....
Staybridge is literally the best! I am blown away with the customer service. They literally greet you by name as you walk through the door.nI would recommend anyone coming to Lafayette for leisure, work, or whatever, stay here! Rooms are amazing and so is the staff!
Room nice but feel they discriminated based on color. I was assigned a room by elevator for the second location during the same trip to Louisiana. Coincidence or choice based on prejudice?
Was not worth the $107 price tag I paid. I'm a bit OCD due to COVID and having kids. So I brought disenfecting wipes to pass over. Boy, good thing I did. They were black with all the dirt around the room. From the AC, to the lamps, to the doors, the TV stand, microwave, kitchen counter. Do they even clean? I think they probably cleaned the tables and that's about it. The food was over cooked and over salted. The carpet in the room and hallway were stained. The curtains in the room were probably never washed they have visible colored stains (orange, red, etc). Been to other staybridge and this one does not meet expectations. Don't think I'll return.
