First off I drove 9 hours from Colorado and stopped their hot pool was not working but we was able to use the hot tub across the way at their sister hotel. The room smelled like the mask and I was immediately given another room. Their breakfast is pretty much grab and go in plastic wraps. What made this hotel so awesome is Heather from what I understand she is new to the team but hopefully they keep her she was so helpful and kind anything we needed she was there absolutely love her but I stated this hotel again it would only be because I want to be treated with the respect that she showed me.

We chose to stay at this hotel due to them having a hot tub since I would have my two sons in a hotel all day for 3 days. They were really looking forward to being able to play to pass time. We got to hotel and the hot tub is out of order. I asked for a shuttle and the shuttle is broke down. The halls and rooms also have a weird smell ,Really wish we would have found a different hotel. Will not stay at this one again.

Nice front desk staff and rooms clean. I tried to get past the parking lot that is dark and creepy, I got past the custodial staff that continually showed up around my car the first week (figured it was probably a safety precaution because of the parking lot), and I tried to get past the group of individuals congregating in the back, on the side of the hotel. What I couldn't get past was the housekeeping staff that repeatedly entered my room with the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign on the door! If they wanted to perform a well-check, call first. If they wanted to check the room, again, call. Otherwise, what is the purpose of the sign on the door? Unsatisfactory to say the least. I checked out after a month of a two-month planned stay.

Great location, close to everything, even walked to campus and downtown. Staff is super friendly & accommodating. Breakfast, even during Covid, was delish. Room was clean and spacious. Can’t say enough good about this Marriott.
