What a charmingly quaint hotel. So happy to have stayed here.nThe room is huge and has nice details, like a real stone slab shower surround, giant tub, wood crown moldings and panel doors.nThey did say they are presently working on their renovation. The honesty is appreciated. There were a couple of things that need to be repaired in the room. The shower curtain rod is loose and the toilet handle has to be held down to flush. The light switches were overly confusing. But overall, loved the room and will come back here again.nThe location downtown is perfect. Just outside of the noise but within the amenities of the downtown.
As always, we loved our stay at The Juliet. We go about once a month to stay for the weekend and we are never disappointed. Quiet and relaxing are the words we use to describe it every time. The only thing we always wish for is a regular coffee pot and condiments in the sitting area were guests could fill their cups instead of the single cup coffee maker in the room. We love this place.
Booked a room with them but had to cancel. Was told I would have to pay a cancelation fee of half the room. Days later I noticed I was charged the full amount but the charge was larger than the cost of the room I was told. Called the hotel to adress these problems and the tune had changed. I was told I needed 24 hours notice or I lose all the money. Asked to speak to a manager. I was told no manager was there, try back later. After hours and multiple attempts I was told the manager would call me back. He/she never did. I will never give this place my business again.
Big bath tub and big room. We got the double queen beds and my kids had plenty of room to play
Great location. Rooms are big and nice just need a few more amenities
