Fantastic work getting my old bike ready to go. Very friendly and great communication.

Robert took the lead on repairing my Surly. I walked in with a new set of shifters thinking that they were part of my problem, but he assured me that mine were okay but I needed a new rear derailleur. The nine speed derailleur I had is tough to come by, but he did some research and found two new comparable ones nearby. I ended up buying a used one on eBay, dropped it off, and the bike was fully repaired the next day.nnRobert’s communication was clear, the price was excellent, and my eight year old bike feels like a new one. They replaced the chain, cassette, rear derailleur, cabling/housing, bar tape, and did a full tune-up. I couldn’t be more pleased, and this is where I’ll be bringing my bike next time.

I came in to have them fix my tire and they were so backed up that they wouldn't have been able to get to my bike for weeks. The man working there took the time to show me how to fix my own tube. It was excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

New in town, thought I would stop by for parts instead of an online order I was about to place - couldn't have been less interested. Salesman / mechanic was disinterested in what I was asking for before literally turning his back on me and leaving me hanging. Tried it, won't go back.nFeeling a lot less guilty about supporting online vendors and their great customer service now I've tried local.

Robert and the other guys at the shop are great. They always do a good job whenever I bring in my Roubaix.
