Love this bike shop! Great customer service! So far they've helped me out with a flat tire, hooked me up with a great deal on a floor pump, and performed a quick turn around on a tune-up. Definitely recommend supporting this business!
The bike techs are phenomenal; friendly and knowledge! They were able to get me in last minute when my brakes were screaming at me after some fast downhill, and their pricing was far cheaper than I originally anticipated! My only beef is they told me a half hour, but took nearly two. I understand: beautiful sunny day in Leavenworth, and it seemed like they were having a lot of walk in customers. Thanks for the help, guys!
They took the time to help us on a busy Saturday. We accidentally drove under a garage with our bikes on the roof. They took the time to check out our frames and let us know what repairs were needed. Highly recommend Arlberg and will be back if we ever screw up our bikes again!

Great place to rent by the hour (other store only does all day rentals). Friendly and helpful staff. Two hours was plenty to ride around the river and neighborhood on the way to the ski area. Was a bit too hilly for us to go all the way up. Bikes were great and could easily have made it. Only one bit of caution: there is a bear warning along the river. It’s true! We saw a bear not too far into the woods. We turned around and went back. But truly this town is great for exploring on bikes.
