While at Leavenworth, we stopped by at this store looking to purchase a pocket knife. I would like to recognize Randall, who took the time and helped me figure out what exactly I was looking for. Additionally, I would like to recognize his ethics - when the store did not have a particular model, that he recommended, in stock, he didn't push me to purchase something else, but rather explained what my best options are! Great job! I would come back again and do business here next time.
If you ever need your bike fixed in Leavenworth go to Der Sportsmann and see Randall! Randall is not just super nice and talkative, he helps explain what he is doing and what to do in the future if any problems occur again. Thank you Randall for fixing our bike in great time, you're truly the best!
Today we rented two ebikes and two regular mountain bikes from Der Sportsmann. Great service. clean newish bikes. Reasonable price. We had a good family fun day.
The staff is VERY knowledgeable here. They are EXTREMELY helpful and helped me pick out the appropriate item's needed for my situation at a decent cost. Shout out to Randy and the young men (cashier number 3 and cashier number 7 on 6-26-19 receipt) for staying professional during a debit card issue! I love my items as they have kept me extremely warm during my visit here and recommend a visit to this store soley on the fair prices and the customer service.
Small but what do you expect in Leavenworth? Bikes, some random Frisbees and footballs, along with some fishing gear and other random gear and clothing.
