The room was awesome! Clean and very comfortable. The pillows were good but next time I'll bring my own to make it perfect! The food was very delicious at the complimentary breakfast which was an actual breakfast! Claudia at the front desk was awesome! She made us feel very welcome.. Highly recommended!
Great experience! Hotel grounds are very nice. Suite was clean and had everything I needed for my extended stay. Staff was polite at every interaction and genuinely made me feel welcomed. Can’t wait to return!nnFollow up: Just wrapped up another stay at this hotel and once again I was blown away by their customer service. Stephanie and Lisa greet you at breakfast every morning with a smile and warm welcome. After a long day Romania is there in the evening with a smile and positive attitude. Absolutely love the staff here!
This is a great hotel to stay at overall... the front desk staff & management were Wonderful & went behind Customer Service duties... my room overall could have been cleaned just a little bit better than it was.. but all in all.. great stay!
Wow this is a really nice place. The rooms are very nice and spacious. It is nice having a real fridge in you room during those long stays. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasent to work with. Rooms were quiet for the most part. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the are.and need a place to stay!
Excellent, excellent staff! We're here right now during the historic winter ice & snow storm (Feb 2021) and the staff have seriously gone above & beyond to do everything possible to make our stay not only safe but comfortable. Shirl (sorry, not sure how to spell her name) at the front desk has been an absolute angel. She is not only handling all the front desk duties but cleaning rooms for newly arrived customers. AND she does it all with a smile! Seriously impressed with ALL the staff and maintenance team that have stayed on site *for days* to care for customers. The hotel is just lovely and the staff have done an amazing job despite the emergency situation. I would definitely stay here again.
