The rooms are nice considering the price being so cheap. The staff in the office aren't very friendly but the janitorial and cleaning staff are pretty down to earth.. all together or was a pretty decent stay..
For $60 I would have hoped for betternAt least the water got hot at this one!
Lived here 4 5 months. Biggest problem was cable n not all tvs are smart tvs cable channels provided are horrible
I would give it zero if I could. As soon as we left the owner & cleaning person went into my room when we went eat. I told him about the room being nasty. The walls were splattered with what looked like blood. Ceiling was falling in from wetness. Smelled bad. Matresses were dirty & old. Owner said G** D*mn go to another & won't give us money back. It cost us $71. Got a room next day 4 days , 3 nights for $138. @ Econo Inn on Monkhouse.
Mom and I are traveling through and decided to stop in . It's our first time in Louisiana, the man that works the desk was such a kind man ,very helpful. The rooms are nice and the cost to stay is very reasonable
