Everything was great. Even with construction going on on the second floor make sure there was a safe path to get back and forth to guest laundry.
Its a nice hotel. The front desk was very helpful ans friendly.nThe biggest issue i had was finding the place. Its back off of the main road and the signage on main rd was ti small to notice it.
Clean friendly and COVID aware. Nice rooms at a fair price and easy off the high-way.
Hotel was undergoing renovations. The 4th floor carpet was a mess. Our room was dated, worn out mattress, noisy commode and bed linen was old and warn. Breakfast was removed due to C19 which is understandable. Front desk agent told me that there would be coffee and grad and go in the morning. Left about 8:00 A.M. no desk clerk to be found thus no grab and go. Wait till August of 2121 when renovations are done and C19 is history. This property is struggling.
Hands down the best nights rest my family and I in almost a week. The rooms are very roomy, with a large bathroom. There is a closet in the room as well. We've been traveling for about 2 weeks and thus is the most comfortable bed that we've slept in. We've stayed in Hampton Inns and believe that this hotel was more comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast also was the best that we've had as well. Everything was fresh and hot. The lady that was preparing the breakfast, Cece, was also very friendly and helpful. If we are ever in the Shreveport area again, this will be our choice of hotel! Thanks guys for the amazing southern hospitality!!
