This location need at least a 2 person managed front desk on weekends, a cook that can cook with proper training. Lastly but more importantly, this location need a Manager that can manage expectations, care about customer complaints, and be bold enough to speak with guest and follow up on issues. A manager should be proactive and reactive to resolve issues to provide the best experience and or at least give guest what they expect - good service!

Disappointing compared to other Hilton Garden Inns. Old mattresses on the king size and the OLD sofa bed mattress was simply terrible.. metal springs just under THE SURFACE. The hotel was out of coffee, no shampoo in the room, and then only 2 two towels in the 2-room suite. Room was VERY noisyud83dude14The best part of the stay was the check in clerk. Very friendly.

Was an okay stop after our 15 hour drive for the night. Staff was really friendly. Very outdated. No exhaust fan in bathroom so it smelled like mildew and the wallpaper was peeling. Water also smelled moldy and strange. No standard size pillows on the bed, just small throw pillow size. Overall it was fine. We got in at midnight and just needed a place to sleep. Bed was alright. I was woken up several times from someone slamming washer/dryer doors all morning. Parking lot was very crowded. Tough to find a spot for our Penske.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very nice. The bathrooms are NICE. You can feel at home and clean here.

The beds were comfortable and for the most part the place was tiddy. It did feel a little run down with cracks in the wallpaper, mold in the grout in the shower, beaten up furniture.nThe real kicker, shortly after checking in and getting in the room the front desk called to let us know they were shutting the water off until 5:30 am. At 7 am the next morning the water was on but the hot was ice cold. The front desk said to let it run. After ten minutes it was still cold. I called the front desk again and they said it would take longer than that. Another 20 minutes and it was still cold. I didn't even bother calling them again as they apparently don't even know what's actually going on.nSkip this place, plenty of other hotels to stay at in the vicinity.
