This place is horrible. No water in shower, toilet handle broke off. Bed bugs!! Stains on beds. TV broke, wires ripped out of wall. AC unit ripped apart. Floor is filthy. Oil spray on everything.

Pro:The fellow that checked me in was nice.nCon: The top bed cover was dirty. It looks like the cleaning staff is washing the sheets but not the bed spread.

Bad experience. The door wouldn't shut and lock properly, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, there was one trash can in the room, and the toilet had such little water pressure that it couldn't flush toilet paper. Overall the general hygiene of the room was pretty poor. Sheets were dirty, shower curtain and bathroom also had dirt smeared all over it. I've stayed in better and cheaper hotels, so I suggest going down the street.

Hotel room shower didn't work. I checked in late after traveling to louisiana from Florida by car and a shower was really all I was in need of. I wasn't discounted on the room. The front desk offered to send maintenance but it was already near midnight and I was too tired to wait up for them. Other than that the experience was nice. I'd stay here again if I could be guaranteed a working shower in my room.

At first I was really impressed with this hotel for the price. Fluffy pillows, clean room. Pleasant staff. My one issue was that my comforter had a few small blood stains. Yes blood. But the night manager got me a new one. Then a few days after our stay I got an extra charge. No email of why or for what. So I called and they told me that I was being charged for 4 damaged pillow cases and a damaged sheet. I had colored hair spray in so yes it may have gotten onto the pillow case. Was it ruined? No. Totally washable as I've done with my personal ones. And no one could even tell me how the sheet was supposedly ruined. So I'm confused how a comforter with BLOOD stains was okay but a pillow case with some hair color on it is $55. Scam as hell.
