Everything was amazing. The manager Clover took time out to assure an amazing stay. Shes also well educated on the city and opportunities for an amazing stay. Definitely highly recommended.
My husband and I stayed lastnight overnight at this establishment, just to rest for a race for this morning. The building was beautiful, the parking was convenient, and the concierge service was on point. She was polite, funny, and down to earth. Our room was spacious, clean, well lit, and our bed very comfortable. The down side to the room was that the bed pillows were more decorative than comfortable, and, the bathroom light/fan combination rattled alot. Other than that, I think that our overall stay deserves a 4 out of 5. I hope to return on our next visit to Shreveport!! Thank you for such wonderful service. Staff friendly. However, the room we stayed in had dirty sofa bed and the air contioner didn't work. Couldn't use the gym and or indoor pool. I was also charged 10.80 for nothing since I didn't damage anything and when I called to ask what for the lady lied to me saying they didn't charge me anything. Well thats not what my bank statement said. The grab n go breakfast isn't great at all. The beds are comfortable though.
The room was half cleaned and the front desk staff was never at the desk at night and nowhere in sight. Anyone can walk in at night because the doors were not locked. Need more safety measures for customers stay.
Very friendly staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Wifi was fast. Would definitely recommend.
