The worst place i ever stayed!!!! Roaches as big as a baby's foot. The owner is very rude and talks to you like you are a nobody. Curly haired lady at the front desk is even worst then he is. She should not be in the customer field If you complain they basically tell you to deal with it. You constantly have to run to the front desk for a plunger because of the toilet stopping up or won't flush at all. Housekeeping may come once a week if they feel like it. The towels they bring have stains and never seem to be cleaned properly. Police is always getting called up there because of the dealers and addicts. If you can deal with all of that then you will be good. The worst ever trust me.

We didn't get a chance to stay in this hotel. I made the reservation online through hotel.com but when we pulled up to the location. I knew I couldn't stay there for one, it is located in a bad side of town and the hotel rooms are located outside. I prefer rooms that are located inside of the hotel for safety reasons. And since I went through an app to book our room. I was unaware of there cancelation policy and also when my husband went inside to talk to the receptionist as to why we will be unable to stay at their hotel due to the reasons I've stated above he was informed by the receptionist working on Mar 27th 2021 to just cancel the reservation knowing that they didn't offer refunds, so we were out of $155.92 because of the no refund policy and the hotel looks ran down and needs major improvements from looking on the outside. They will never get any of my money again for free! I wouldn't stay here if it was the last hotel in Shreveport with available rooms!

Don’t expect excellent service. It keeps you warm/cool. The sheets are clean. Appliances work. It gives you a place to sleep. If you’re not picky, this is an okay/good place to stay. There is a door between rooms and everything can be heard.. just so y’all know! Don’t be loud ud83eudd2b

Outside is in need of updating. People were helpful and welcoming.While the room was outdated it was clean and our room had a unique view of the indoor pool which looks like it is outside

Decent price , seafood restaurant in hotel was off the chain. Only complaint is the pool was closed down because of covid-19but all of the other hotels like the hotels at the casino their pools are still open. It was a beautiful pool indoor it just sucks that we still paid full price and didn't get to swim. also I was a little upset because we woke up at like 10:22 a.m to housekeeping opening our door without knocking. Checkout is at 11 I literally had an alarm set for 10:40.
