This room smelled real bad of smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable. No exhaust vent in the bathroom. No dirty laundry bag. Would never stay here again.

Overall our stay was fine, but there were just a lot of little disappointments. Nothing major, but they added up. When we got off the elevator to go to our room, a floor drying fan was in the hallway right outside our room. Okay maybe something spilled and got the carpet wet, it happens. But the hallway and our room had a strong musty smell, aside from the loud fan noise. Not the greatest first impression. The mini fridge in our room either wasn't turned on or not working. We didn't need it, but it makes you wonder if the staff is checking it. I'm sure they would've moved us to another room if we asked, but again we didn't need the mini fridge. Also, a lot of lights/light bulbs weren't working in our room. Not a big deal, but again it makes you wonder if anyone is checking it.nnReviews mention the bathrooms could be improved. I agree 100 percent. There are no exhaust fans in them. So anytime you take a shower the mirror fogs up and the bathroom becomes a steam room. Also the one little corner shelf in the shower was broken.nnAgain, all these little things make you wonder if anyone on the staff is paying attention or noticing this stuff.

Just passing through on my trip home. Check in was quick, staff was friendly. Room appeared ok on first glance.nnSmell - Kind of smelled like it was previously a smoking room that had tried to be cleaned. Faint, but there.nA/C-Heat was goodnShower - med/low pressure, products provided were good.nBed - FirmnPillows - nice combination of soft and firmnCarpets - stainednWalls - cracked and drywall tape coming off.nCeiling- patched, not painted over repairs.nNoise - I DID NOT SLEEP ALL NIGHT. I WAS BY EXIT DOOR AND IT OPENED AND CLOSED ALLLL NIGHT. Sound proofing is needed.nnBreakfast- free Express (cinnamon rolls were great) eggs, bacon, coffee etc good.nnFor a brand as large as this, they could afford to maintain them better. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. This is one of my worst stays. It was disappointing to drive 700 miles, stop at a hotel you always depended on for a comfortable sleep, to fail. I was too tired to trade rooms.

The room was nice and clean, staff was super helpful, and they still provided breakfast (it was a get and go, but still thankful). When we walked to our room, we could hear a TV in the hall from the room next to us, but we couldn't hear it or anything else in our room. Easy on/off the exit and plenty of restaurants around it. The only thing that I wish they had was a fan in the bathroom.
