It would have been 5 stars if Rhonda didn't work there. She doesn't need to be working with the public. Other then her, I had a wonderful experience. Everyone else that works there was amazing. Super friendly, super helpful, and they truly cared about their guest that stays there!!nEveryone knows the saying though, it takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. Well Rhonda is the rotten apple. What she did and put me through more then once was enough. I usually keep cool in most circumstances, but when you try and mess with my money. That's when i exploded. She treated me like I was ignorant. Well I kept all my receipts so she had to give me my deposit back.
So far so good, have been here 3 or so months now, it's coming on Up!! Looking good with it's new facelift coming soon!! Nice people too.
Got a 1 bed for a week, The room was very clean, cute little lights. Microwave, mini fridge, heat/air included. Heat sounded like it was catching on fire BUT, bed was super comfy HOWEVER, the bed was a little small for two people to sleep comfortably. Small square staticky tv with no guide. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower head wasn't the greatest at reaching far. Only two drawers for 2 people. Curtains had a big whole. Door looked like it has been punched in.
If they cared more about the tenants then they care about the actual structure of the motel people would be very happy and pleased about living in this facility. Management is poorly done here. One place had problems with the water we've had problems with the cable. And no communication between tenant and management.
They staff is excellent but they need to stop renting rooms knowing they have bed bugs...it was the worst experience ever. I never seen them in my life but I would never go here again. Please do your research before coming here or any hotel. They should shut this place down at least until they clean this infected place.
