I booked this hotel for a week and paid $460.00 for my college daughter . Based upon the pictures and the reviews I read I had no reason to believe this would end so badly. We were booked on the second floor and as we were walking down the hall, a live roach was spotted at the top of the wall near another room... This was when we should have walked back out. Anyway, we went into the room wiped it down with disinfectant wipes and lysol spray. She spotted two roaches crawling on her guitar bag and one in the bathroom. We made the front desk aware, requested to be moved into another room. My daughter moved all her belongings to the fourth floor. As she was moving her items she started she saw two dead roaches by the elevator. She stated the new room looked a little better but noticed a crack inside the bathtub. Now she is in the new room.. it was about 5 hours in the new room.. She spotted another live roach on the counter top in the kitchen which was captured. The young man at the front desk was made aware, he stated that the exterminator would be there in the morning. That next morning came and my daughter took another picture of a live small baby roach coming out the crack of the side of the tub.. She also saw another live roach as she was preparing to leave. It was about 11am and no exterminator had been onsite. I told my daughter to pack up her things and I had to book her at another hotel close by. It has now been a week, upper management still hasn't contacted me. This is place was unsanitary and infested with roaches.
