Home away from home. Staff is always friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Hotel is always clean and quiet. Security is provided by off duty officers from the local sheriffs department and are on the premises all night long.
Most of the staff was very accommodating and helpful but one person working was very rude. I had an issue with the room I was provided. I was told to talk to the person working the next morning about switching rooms. When explaining my complaint the lady cut me off and did not let me finish my statement. She worked at 10 Am on Sunday, March 13th. Although I enjoyed most of the staff because of her rude attitude I will not be returning.
Housekeeper needs to improve on room cleanliness especially during the current climate of COVID-19.
Staff wonderful and helpful. Room neat and clean! Breakfast bar off the chain with the sausage, egg, cheese, and brisket sandwich was on point too! A must return!
The room was very clean with comfortable mattresses. Will choose this property again in the future.
