We were very disappointed with our stay here. There was something red that was all over the walls, inside the lampshades and surfaces. It appeared to be fruit punch or some kind of red substance. The towels felt like you were bring rubbed down with sandpaper. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. will definitely not be staying here again.
The room was filthy at check in and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The clerk stated housekeeping was off duty and they hadn't had maintenance in two weeks. The manager was a jerk and showed zero empathy he then told us he'd canceled our reservation and issued a refund at 1130pm at night and to get smoother hotel. We weren't able to find another hotel that wasn't sold out until almost 2am.nnGo elsewhere.nnThere's no way he should be in hotel management, complaint was filed with corporate.
Thermostat would not go to what I set it to so I was cold all night. Cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Spot on the carpet needs shampooed.
Thank you for your acknowledgement as well. I'm a world traveler &I must say my time at your establishment was one of my greatest experiences with such welcoming& friendly staff. They were all quite attentive to my needs.
Clean and nice room and bathroom, better than any other hotel in conyers. Good breakfast and awesome indoor pool although it’s closed right now. Highly recommend staying here.
