La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Conyers

My husband and I stayed here after our horrible stay at Hawthorne by Wyndham in Conyers. The lady that night at the desk was awesome, the room was so comfortable and clean like it should be. The quality of the bedding was very nice. The elevator in the front was being serviced when I first got there but it didn't matter because my room was much closer to the other elevator. I totally recommend that you stay here. It's quiet, comfortable, and clean with great service and spacious room

The site let me give them zero stars, I really like this place but the cleanliness is just not there, I stayed two weeks ago and I got ate up by flees yes flees, I reported it to the hotel staff I followed by calling them that Monday since I checked out Sunday morning, they said they were waiting on the Echo lab to investigate. No one has called me to see how I was doing, had to by medication because I'm allergic to flees my legs were swollen as well. I'm just really displeased how the management is handling this situation.

The location was convenient, the staff was nice, they provided masks if you needed one, & the room was spacious. However, the first strike was the broken elevator at the front. We had to walk all the way to the end of the hall to take the rear elevator.nStrike two. We were given the room key to someone’s room. They weren’t in there (thank God) but their stuff was. So we had to walk all the way back down the end of the hall, take the elevator down to the first floor & walk all the way back down the hall to the front desk.n(We’d just gotten off the road, coming in from south FL, it was hot in GA, we hadn’t eaten, hadn’t slept AND we had a sleepy & hungry 1yr old + the cart with all of our luggage) ud83dude29nStrike three. We were given another room. (Took the walk again) once we get to the room. Originally one room key didn’t work at all & the second one took a couple of tries before it finally opened.nStrike four. The room itself was cleaned but the tub had a dirty stain to it. We sprayed disinfectant throughout the room & bleached down the tub but the stain couldn’t be removed. (rm. 301)nStrike five. When we returned for the evening NEITHER keys worked on the door so we had to take the walk AGAIN.nStrike six. the beds weren’t comfortable. (To my family & Iufe0f) that really depends on preference in your bed choice. They beds are hard & sit low.nWe could have left & gone somewhere else but we already paid via AAA & we were only there to sleep for one night.nThis wasn’t my worst hotel experience but I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. Idk if I’d stay again.

Room was clean and spacious and the location is quite close to the interstate. However, everything else was the problem. The water pressure in the room I was originally assigned was too weak so requested for different room, which I was told to come down to the front desk with all my stuff to get the new key (which would have been much more convenient if they brought the key to new room to me), ended up finding the new room had the exactly same problem. Wifi speed was horribly slow so I had to use my mobile data the whole time during my stay to do anything. There were people in parking garage that drank loudly till midnight and occasional train sound that disrupted my sleep. If I to go to Conyers next time, I would stay elsewhere.

No worse than any other 3-star hotel. It was clean, did not smell in the hallways and elevator to be a pet friendly hotel. No grass for pets around hotel, and zero water pressure. I mean the toilet had trouble flushing, the sink ran slow, and the shower had none either.
