Front desk night shift and day shift was very polite ,and even though all the vending machines were empty at least they had drinks in the soda machine, house keeping was very helpful in giving me extra towels and exchanging the old ones. Wasn't too happy about the exterminator guy barging in my room (thank God I had the latch on , and my baby couldn't reach the lock ud83dude33 ) but in all the room was nicely set up and clean very spacious as well.

When I first walked into the building the first thing to catch my eye was how dirty the lobby was. Then I check in and they had to go check what room was ready. When they finally found a room that was ready the key that I received didn’t even work. When I finally got inside the room the room wasn’t even cleaned properly. There was toothpaste on the mirror still, the tissue Dispenser was rusty. The walls are super thin! I heard the guy in the next room whole conversation as if he was right in front of me. Also the building is supposed to be a smoke free zone , the building smelt just like weed. Housekeeping was very unprofessional and rude when I told them about my problems with the room. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, will gladly pay the extra 30 per night for a quality stay.

Rooms weren’t clean, and shower and tv didn’t work. They only give you one small towel (had to go downstairs and get more) and even left used soap in bathroom. Definitely will not stay again.

Staff was excellent. Room was not, ac/hear unit didn't work, TV channel selections, no local channels of regular cable. Pluto tv is terrible. Mold on the ceiling of bathroom. Rusty tissue holders. Fire alarm was covered with plastic for so reason. Not sure I will ever stay at a microtel again, and that has been my favorite for a long time. Again the staff was excellent.
