Booked two rooms here. Was told we couldn’t book for Monday because it was past midnight so we arrived Tuesday morning only to be told we had to check out Tuesday after checking in early Tuesday morning. The never offer to charge a early check in. They stated I would have to pay for Monday and Tuesday. They also harassed my minors in the second room I booked when I had already made it clear that they were getting their own room at check in. Tried to speak with the manager about it but was told she wasn’t available and that she was going to tell me the same thing. At this point if I’m not contacted I will be taking this situation further
I love how the suites are set up here. You have a living room and a kitchenette/wet bar in case you want to have extra company while closing the door to a separate bedroom. Also, they have an indoor pool & we went during the winter so it was awesome that we were still able to swim despite the cold weather. Free breakfast is always a plus as well. We will definitely return!
Holiday in Express is conveniently located next to the I20 highway, allowing for easy access to items in the area. The hotel is standard Holiday Inn Express quality, although the breakfast and coffee was worse than expected. The rooms are roomy, appear clean, and were comfortable.
I absolutely loved my stay they are very generous very sweet I truly recommend this hotel ❤ufe0f to everyone
