I have NEVER stayed at a hotel with friendlier service!!!!!!!! I was completely blown away by the staff, Katie, Melinda, Kevin and others!!!!!! I will have to write corporate because they were over the moon kind, caring, friendly!!!!! During such a stressful time they had their chins up, with ear to ear grins, and helpful recommendations to nearby eats! My dad was in the hospital in Prosser and I could not have received a warmer welcome!!! I wish all hotel stays were like that but to have at least one that really stands out, is the creme de’ la creme!!!! The icing on the cake couldn’t have been sweeter. If you’re ever in that area and need a hotel, you will be happy you stayed their!!! I love these guys so much I can’t say enough about them! If I ever return to the area there is no doubt where I would feel at home!

Sheela was beyond outstanding. I was stranded at the Loves next door while our rig was being worked on. After a hot shower and no clothes left I called over to see if I could wash my clothes. She said yes!!! What a God send. Customer service like this needs to be recognized by the company and management. I myself spent 30yrs in hospitality. I tried to always teach my co workers to go the extra mile. Well she did!!!!ud83dudc4dud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83eudd1cud83dudc4a

I will say that this hotel was very clean and they were able to serve a complimentary hot breakfast when most other hotels have stopped because of covid. They figured out a way to make it safe and serve their customers. Kudos!nThe only reason I gave 4 stars was because the walls aren't as well insulated and you can hear your neighbors pretty well.

We stayed July 19. It seems like a new hotel or it is kept extremely clean. It was quiet & a perfect place to get some sleep. My only complaint was the breakfast, but I realize times are different with COVID. There are several food options within walking distance and a gas station right next door. It was our first time driving through Prosser (Boise to Seattle) and it is absolutely beautiful with vineyards everywhere.
