This is an update!nnI called the next day to speak with the manager and found out she wouldn’t be there until Monday!nnBUT I spoke with Brittany, I told her what happy and she apologized immediately on behalf of the company.nnShe explained that the lady was new and she would pass my information to the manager and explain what took place.nnShe was warm, respectful, and appreciative of ME as a customer and that spoke volumes.nnThanks Brittany of Ramada! Very clean and nice so friendly no exceptions Great place except for this fat black lady who work at night tried to be little me and my girlfriend it was cold and she refused to accept my account number information we keep telling her the program offers benefits online she didn't believe us and her Manager also was very nasty to us I couldn't believe it after all those 1000.00 Of dollars I spent
I would give this place no stars for false advertising. Booked this bc we needed somewhere to stay during our long drive. This is advertised as a HOTEL this is NOT A HOTEL! It’s a motel with a wooded creepy revine area in the back. To my surprise pulling in at 2am this was not what I paid for. They have a 24-48 hr cancellation policy but how can you cancel if you made your reservation within hours of staying. So I got charged for the room, called back that Monday and never got a call back from the manager.
Not a place I would ever recommend! Nasty place check for bedbugs before you put anything down. I walked in and turned right back around after pulling the sheets back, consider yourself warned!
This place is a mess. Don't even think about staying here. It was the worst place I have stayed in my life. Bathroom, Room carpet, curtains, everything was in absolutely worst condition.
