When I booked I asked for two Queen beds, when I got there I was told that they changed my beds from two Queen to one king size bed and that they was completely sold out of rooms . I had to ask for tissue , and didn’t have a trash can. When it was time for bed , I couldn’t turn the lights off that was lit over the bed. Would not recommend
I made reservations on March 15th and I came all the way from Houston TX on March 20. Get to the hotel and find out they canceled my reservations and gave my room away! I came here from Houston with a 16months old baby and had nowhere to sleep for the night. Her only explanation was that rooms were overbooked. Completely unprofessional and inexcusable! I’m very upset! And not only me, there was a waiting area of 15+ ppl with the same issue! I’m highly upset!
The staff was great, very polite and professional. My room was newly renovated and comfortable bed
I am a business traveler. I was warned by the reviews on here. I travel all over the country on business and stay at many holiday inns every week. This one is by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. DO NOT STAY. I arrived and no one was at the front desk. The other reviews aren’t making that up. I had to yell multiple times for someone to come to the front to check me in. It was late, I was tired of traveling and just wanted to get settled in my room. I even went into the snack store, Grabbed a little Debbie. Anyone could’ve come in and grabbed anything - no one would have noticed or cared.nnFinally someone came to help me. She wasn’t even wearing a mask. Eventually she put one on. I was in disbelief. She had a stoic look on her face. Clearly did NOT want to be there.nnI get a piece of paper that tells me the gym is closed indefinitely. That’s right. INDEFINITELY.nnThe hallways smell like cigarette smoke.nnThis place is a disaster. Do Not Stay here!
Unfortunately I'm still at the location in camp creek from 4-2-21 until 4-6-21. My experience has been so bad that I felt the need to write this review the morning of 4-3. It started with the first room 303. I walked in and thy tv was already left on. I then go to open the blinds and after pulling them down the refused to go back up. I request a new room. 202. I go to call the front desk and there is no cord for the phone to be attached. I leave for the night come back in turn on the TV and the TV is not working correctly. The refrigerator is unbalanced because it's missing a front leg. The mattress didn't have a protector to prevent bed bugs. This is by far the worst place do not I repeat do not stay here!!! I'm going to talk to some one in the mooring about this.
