This place deserves zero stars. This complex has been in foreclosure for years, left abandoned nearly a year. Now they're covering up real issues, pretending it’s “newly” renovated and improved NOT! These apartments have been on Channel 2 with negative reporting don’t believe me Google it! The slum lord Isaias Torres took over the property seven months ago after being in “foreclosure” from one of his close friends or relatives just to have the same insufficient funds to keep the property above average. Isaias Torres is a CON ARTIST he has soccer buddies along with other friends working on the crappie complex, with their half paint jobs, half landscaping, NO PEST CONTROL to reduce or get rid of the RATS and GNATS that reside inside the home with you! There’s NO CORPORATE OFFICE to contact when things go wrong, they could have an entire book of work orders that needs be completed for your unit and nothing gets done! They say work with them but he only wants your money to help pay for the cheap ass patch ups on the property. The property has been through three security companies, three landscaping businesses, five or six different contractors due to money issues within the complex. Plumbing and electrical problems are at an all high! Now they're advertising for $800-$1200 for rent. NOT WORTH IT PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Wowed is all that I can say about these apartments. The 3 bedroom floor plans are massive. Ive seen SFH that aren't as large. Ive seen a complete renovation with granite counter tops and most importantly it's quiet after hours. The staff has been kind and helpful.

The Delta Kingston Apartment Homes has been purchased by new owners. The owners and management has completely remodeled some of the units and it is an ongoing process. The two and three-bedroom apartments features a front and back door, two breakfast nooks on the common walls which are shared by the living room and dining room. Big Rooms. Great closets spaces and storage space. The kitchen offers spacious accommodations, black stove and refrigerator. Up-to-date sink fixtures. Some kitchens have black cabinets and a granite counters. Other kitchens may have mahogany cabinets. Delta Kingston Apartment Homes have upstairs and downstairs floors featuring new carpeting. On the first floor the living room has a patio door which opens to a private patio. The second floor features two or three bedrooms with two-door bathrooms if you have Jack and Jill bathrooms, and linen closet. There is also a half bath on the main floor. Carpeting is new and wall to wall with the exception of the kitchen and bath rooms. There is a upgraded playground for the children. This property is Under New Management and is a exceptional and desirable and safe living location. Convenient to 285 and Marta is accessible. It is located in a strict residential area private location. Delta Kingston Apartment Homes has security monitoring as a courtesy to the residence.
