Pretty good. Spacious rooms. Every room has a microwave, kitchen sink with disposal, full dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer. You may want to bring your own hotplate, pans, scissors, and knives. The bathroom is good sized. Lots of counter/table space. Staff is friendly, but you may have to follow up on requests from one shift to the other.
I was having some repairs done to my home and needed a hotel room for 2 days. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Kevin at the front desk was awesome.
If you would like toilet paper or towels to use, I recommend not staying here. If you would like to be told to hit up the local Target to buy your own, feel free to stay!
The worst hotel I have ever been in! I am a diamond member and have stayed in home2 across America and this hotel is by far the worst. The owner is CHEAP!!!! They charge for service dogs (against the law), they unplug the A/C in the room to save money so when you come in it’s 90 degrees, there phones are unplugged so if you wanna talk to front desk you have to go down stairs. Do not waste your money here.
Very surprised that my room didn't have towels and when I ask for some at the front desk the lady told me they didn't have any. I have to buy one, that inconvenience change my entire plan for the day.nnAlso one of the blinds doesn't work.nnIn the past I had good experiences at the Hilton and home2 hotels but not this time.
